316 Stainless Steel Loop Powered Indicators

Sometimes you need to add an indicator to a transmitter that doesn't offer one, or place an indicator in a spot that is easier to access than the instrument itself. But running extra power for the indicator and making sure it is installed safely and securely can be a time consuming challenge.

Loop powered indicators take a lot of the trouble out of fitting a field indicator by including their own IP-rated box and powering the indicator from the 4-20mA loop itself rather than needing external power. All you need to do to install them is mount the enclosure somewhere highly visible, cut your cable and attach the ends to the terminals.

As well as our range of Nokeval loop-powered indicators that come in plastic housings, we now offer the 8080 series from International Metal Engineering - this model includes a full 316 stainless steel IP68/NEMA 4X enclosure with an optional IEC Ex d approval for installation in explosive atmospheres.

The stainless housing is extremely robust and available with a number of mounting options to help you fix it into place on walls, pipes or other locations around your plant.

The 8080PP includes an LCD indicator (ideal for bright, well-lit environments) while the 8080MK has a bright LED indicator (perfect for indoor or dark environments).
